the sepia tone makes it look classic!
i love the tones in the wall paper and the jacket and the hair and the pale skin!
beautiful!
keep it up!
You might tone down the contrast on the jacket a bit. It might work fror surfaces such as the wall and skin, but on a thick fabric like the jacket your wearing it looks...well a bit to unnatural.
Other then that I like the overall feel of the pic and how the eyes are not visible
